IHSC: Employee Referral Bonus Program

Many of our most promising team members have been referred by current employees. To recognize and encourage this valuable contribution, the InGenesis Employee Referral Program offers incentive awards to employees who refer quality candidates who are subsequently hired for IHSC positions.

Guidelines and Procedures

Guidelines:

  • A $250 bonus will be paid for all IHSC positions other than the ones listed below.
  • A $500 bonus will be paid for eligible positions including Psychiatrist, Behavioral Health Provider, Dentist, Pharmacist, and Physicians.
  • Referral bonuses are issued by check or direct deposit after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment with InGenesis.
  • Bonuses are awarded only for IHSC positions.
  • InGenesis Headquarter Employees are not eligible for the referral program.

Referral Procedures:

  • The InGenesis employee making the referral must complete the below form.
  • The employee referral form must be submitted before anyone else (including the candidate) sends the candidate’s resume or contacts InGenesis about the candidate. Failure to complete this form first makes you ineligible for the Employee Referral Bonus.

Please note that InGenesis reserves the right to amend, terminate, or suspend this program at any time based on market conditions and hiring needs.
