Verification of employment information may be obtained by accessing and printing your employee information from the Employee Self-Service portal. This may include pay stubs, pay rate and status information.

Requests for the purpose of Mortgage Approval, Garnishment and other financial reasons may be submitted to verify@ingenesis.com. Please note that all third-party requests must include a consent form that is signed by the employee (or former employee). Fees may be application based on the type of request and turnaround time requested.
